1. Acceptance of Terms | قبول الشروط

By accessing or using the Natheef mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

باستخدام تطبيق نظيف وخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.

2. Service Description | وصف الخدمة

Natheef is a platform that connects users with professional home cleaning service providers in Jordan. We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment for cleaning services. We are NOT a recruitment agency and do not employ the cleaning professionals directly.

نظيف هو تطبيق يربط المستخدمين بمقدمي خدمات تنظيف المنازل المحترفين في الأردن. نحن نسهّل الحجز والجدولة والدفع لخدمات التنظيف. نحن لسنا وكالة توظيف ولا نوظف عمال التنظيف مباشرة.

3. Eligibility | الأهلية

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Jordan to use our services. By using Natheef, you represent that you meet these requirements.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وأن تكون مقيمًا في الأردن لاستخدام خدماتنا.

4. User Accounts | حسابات المستخدمين

You must register using a valid Jordanian phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

5. Booking and Payment | الحجز والدفع

Service Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday through Wednesday
Pricing: Half-day (4 hours): 20 JOD | Full-day (8 hours): 40 JOD
Same-day Premium: Additional 3-5 JOD for same-day bookings
Payment Methods: Cash, CliQ, Credit/Debit Cards

6. Cancellation Policy | سياسة الإلغاء

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before the booking: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before: Subject to fees

7. User Responsibilities | مسؤوليات المستخدم

• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Ensure safe access to your home for the cleaning professional
• Treat cleaning professionals with respect
• Provide water and basic cleaning supplies if needed
• Secure valuables and pets during the cleaning service

8. Limitation of Liability | حدود المسؤولية

Natheef serves as a platform connecting users with cleaning service providers. While we vet all service providers, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the provision of cleaning services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law | القانون الحاكم

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
