  • Early Departure: If service ends significantly before the booked time
  • Service Not Provided: If the booked service was not completed
  • Quality Issues: If the service quality is significantly below standards (reported within 24 hours)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled service
  2. Provide your booking details (date, time, booking ID)
  3. Describe the issue you experienced
  4. Include photos if applicable (for quality issues)
